Quotes and Estimates
Any quote or estimate provided by KC Mow Co is based on the information available at the time it is given. Quotes may be subject to change if the property condition, lawn size, requested scope, access issues, debris, overgrowth, or other factors differ from what was originally described or observed.
Submitting a quote request through our website does not guarantee service availability or pricing.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstacles, securing pets, moving vehicles when needed, and ensuring the service area is accessible.
If we are unable to complete service due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, pets, vehicles, excessive debris, or other access issues, the customer may still be charged a trip fee or service fee.
Weather and Delays
Lawn care services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to rain, storms, extreme heat, wet ground conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside of our control.
KC Mow Co will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes, but we cannot guarantee exact service times or dates when weather or other delays occur.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining a safe property and notifying KC Mow Co of any hazards, including hidden objects, irrigation heads, underground systems, drainage issues, exposed wires, landscaping features, low-voltage lighting, pet waste, holes, rocks, toys, tools, or other items that could affect service or equipment.
KC Mow Co is not responsible for damage caused by hidden, unmarked, poorly installed, fragile, or improperly maintained property features.
Property Damage
KC Mow Co will use reasonable care while performing services. If damage occurs due to our negligence, customers must notify us within 48 hours of service so we can review the issue.
KC Mow Co is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, turf stress, weed growth, drought conditions, poor soil conditions, drainage issues, hidden obstacles, or damage caused by factors outside of our control.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided at the time of service agreement, invoice, or scheduling. Customers agree to pay all amounts owed for services performed.
Late payments may result in service suspension, cancellation, late fees, collection efforts, or other remedies allowed by law.
If payment information is stored through a third-party payment provider, the customer authorizes charges for approved services, recurring services, outstanding balances, or other agreed-upon fees.
Recurring Services
For recurring lawn care customers, services will continue according to the agreed schedule unless canceled by either party. Frequency may be adjusted due to weather, seasonal growth, lawn condition, or customer request.
KC Mow Co may pause, reschedule, or discontinue recurring service at its discretion due to nonpayment, unsafe conditions, unreasonable service expectations, property access issues, or conduct that interferes with service.
Cancellations
Customers should provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Same-day cancellations, missed access, or cancellations after our team has already traveled to the property may result in a cancellation fee or trip fee.
KC Mow Co may cancel or refuse service at any time for safety concerns, nonpayment, unreasonable property conditions, or other legitimate business reasons.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a correction, credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Failure to notify us promptly may limit our ability to inspect or resolve the issue.

KC Mow Co does not guarantee specific lawn growth, color, thickness, weed elimination, or long-term results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to services performed will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
